Join our client, a leading manufacturer of Diesel Engines and Power Generators in the US, as an Automotive Customer Service Representative!

This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and budget. You'll be the vital first point of contact for customers, managing service department administration including processing work orders, sending estimates, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive
  • French-speaking required; English is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience as a service writer/admin preferred
