We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our service department for 6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget. Your role includes assisting customers as the first point of contact, managing work orders, following up with customers, and processing invoicing. This position requires strong communication skills and fluency in French, with English as a bonus. Previous experience in automotive customer service or service writing is preferred.
