We are looking for a skilled Automotive Dealer Auditor to join our team and play a key role in conducting dealership warranty audits, ensuring compliance, and reducing business risk across our dealer network. This is a remote position based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, with extensive travel required to dealerships. The contract duration is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review warranty claims and repair documentation
- Analyze warranty KPIs and trends
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings
- Work closely with dealership management and regional teams to enforce compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis and suggest corrective measures
- Provide training and support on warranty policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7 years experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and automotive repair
- Auditing experience or CFE certification is an advantage
