Automotive Dealer Auditor
Join Onward Technologies Limited as an experienced Automotive Dealer Auditor. You will conduct dealership warranty audits, ensure warranty policy compliance, and minimize business risk across our dealer network. This is a remote role based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, with extensive travel to dealerships. The position is a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review warranty claims and repair documentation for compliance
- Analyze warranty KPIs, trends, and claim submission patterns
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Partner with dealership management and regional teams to drive compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective action

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years of experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing

- Auditing experience or CFE certification is an advantage
