About the role
Automotive Dealer Auditor (Warranty and Sales) role at Lorien.
Responsibilities
- Travel two weeks per month, within Canada.
- Extensive travel 32 weeks/year by air or vehicle.
- Maintain a questioning, creative, inquisitive attitude coupled with detailed knowledge of dealership operations and Service Policies and Procedures and sales policies.
- Strict focus on integrity based on solid ethics and values.
- Strong technical background related to automotive diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Determine the compliance of claims with the rules and policies.
- Conduct Dealer Audit experience in Sales Incentives Audits and Warranty Audits.
- Wholesale field experience as a District Sales Manager, District Manager - customer care and service process, District Manager - customer care and after sales.
- Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner certifications preferred.
- Bilingualism is not required.
Requirements
- In depth familiarity with Windows equipped laptop operations including scanning, remote printer operation, data manipulation and data transfer through the internet.
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel including V-lookup and Pivot Tables; Access databases.
- Use of Data Analytics in day-to-day work.
- Ability to deal with inconsistency, adversity, and change.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with dealerships or at a dealership.
- Wholesale or retail experience.
- Service/Warranty experience is a plus.
- Licensed mechanic is a plus.
