Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Dealer Auditor to perform warranty audits, ensure dealership compliance with warranty policies, and reduce business risks within our dealer network. This is a remote role based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, with extensive travel to dealerships. The position is a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Review warranty claims and repair documentation for compliance
- Analyze warranty KPIs, trends, and claim submission patterns
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with dealership management and regional teams to promote compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and support on warranty policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and automotive repair processes
- Auditing experience or CFE certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
