This is a remote role based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, with extensive travel to dealerships. The contract lasts 12 months. Key responsibilities include reviewing warranty claims, analyzing KPIs, preparing audit reports, driving compliance, conducting root cause analysis, and providing training on warranty policies. Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years in automotive retail or auditing, strong knowledge of dealership operations, and excellent communication skills. CFE certification is a plus.
