Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Dealer Auditor to perform dealership warranty audits, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and reducing business risk across our dealer network. This is a remote role based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, with extensive travel to dealerships. The contract is for 12 months. Key responsibilities include reviewing warranty claims, analyzing KPI trends, preparing reports, collaborating with dealership and regional teams, conducting root cause analysis, and providing training on warranty policies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience in automotive retail, warranty, service, or auditing. Strong knowledge of dealership operations and excellent communication skills are essential. CFE certification or auditing experience is a plus.
