Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Dealer Auditor to perform detailed warranty audits at dealerships, ensure strict adherence to warranty policies, and help reduce business risks within the dealer network. 📍 Located in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, this is a remote position with frequent travel to dealerships. This is a 12-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review warranty claims and repair documentation for compliance
- Analyze warranty KPIs, trends, and claim submission patterns
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with dealership management and regional teams to maintain compliance
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and support on warranty policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive repair processes
- Auditing experience or CFE certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
