We are looking for an experienced Automotive Dealer Auditor to manage dealership warranty audits, ensure compliance with warranty policies, and reduce business risks across the dealer network. 📍 This is a remote role based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB with extensive travel to dealerships. The position is a 12-month contract. Key responsibilities include reviewing warranty claims and repair documents, analyzing warranty KPIs and trends, preparing detailed audit reports, partnering with dealership management, conducting root cause analysis, and providing training on warranty policies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of experience in automotive retail, fixed operations, warranty, service, or auditing, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Auditing experience or CFE certification is a plus.
