This 12-month contract position requires reviewing warranty claims, analyzing KPIs, preparing audit reports, collaborating with dealership management, conducting root cause analysis, and providing training on warranty policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 5-7 years experience in automotive retail or auditing, strong dealership and repair process knowledge, and excellent communication skills. CFE certification is a plus.
