About the role
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $20.00 / hour and is located at 4141 AIRPORT ROAD PRINCE GEORGE, BC V2L 2Y7.
We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. We offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks.
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration.
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
- Fuel and stage vehicle.
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights or damage; pull vehicle out of prep if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
- Assist customers when needed, including transport to and from branches.
- Maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleaning of branch locations.
- Site appearance tasks may include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other daily cleanliness duties.
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in Canada without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
- Able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers.
- Must be able to work the following schedule (apart from religious observations):
- Sunday 3:00pm - 12:00am
- Monday 3:00pm - 12:00am
- Tuesday 3:00pm - 12:00am
- Wednesday 3:00pm - 12:00am
- Saturday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
