About the role
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $20.00 / hour and is located at 4542 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1P8.
We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network. Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and handle valuables
- Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed
- Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers as needed, including transporting customers to/from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
- Tasks include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid British Columbia Class 7 or Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in Canada without requiring company sponsorship
- Able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
- Ability to work the following schedule (apart from religious observations):
- Monday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm
- Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm
- Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm
