About the role

As a Detailer at Audi Newmarket, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our vehicles look their absolute best. From showroom vehicles to customer vehicles, your attention to detail will help deliver the premium experience our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Wash vehicle exteriors, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down door jambs.
- Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.
- Apply dressing to tires and tire wells.
- Restore the appearance of engine areas, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, including dents, scratches, torn upholstery, or mechanical concerns, and report them to the Service Manager.
- Clean interior leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant products as required.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris.
- Apply wax to vehicle bodies and wipe or buff surfaces as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager to support the successful operation of the dealership.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- 1–2 years of automotive detailing experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees and managers as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
