Job Description

About the role

Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our growing team.

We operate a fast-paced, high-volume dealership and Auto Spa with a steady flow of retail vehicles, reconditioning work, customer-pay detailing, and protection services. While prior experience is an asset, we are open to training the right individual who is motivated, reliable, and committed to learning high-quality detailing standards.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to develop your skills in a structured, quality-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to a high presentation standard through interior and exterior detailing, reconditioning, and paint correction work (based on experience level). This role values efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail.

Driven Auto Group is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing independent automotive groups, focused on quality, professionalism, and customer experience. Our detailing team plays a key role in how our vehicles are presented and how our brand is perceived.

If you’re looking for a place where you can build skills, grow your experience, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is a strong opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
  • Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, and prepare vehicles for reconditioning
  • Complete interior deep cleaning including shampooing, steam cleaning, and stain removal
  • Inspect vehicles and correct basic paint defects (scratches, swirls, oxidation) based on skill level
  • Support paint correction work including cutting, compounding, polishing, and finishing (training available for the right candidate)
  • Assist with ceramic coating preparation and application (experience is an asset)
  • Ensure all vehicles meet retail-ready and delivery-ready standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Communicate with Sales and Service teams to coordinate workflow

Requirements

  • Previous detailing experience is an asset, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Willingness to learn paint correction and advanced detailing techniques
  • Experience with polishers is an asset (DA or rotary)
  • Familiarity with detailing products and safe handling practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • Performance bonuses and efficiency incentives
  • Steady, year-round workflow
  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid vacation and sick days
  • Employee pricing on vehicles
  • Discounts on detailing, service, and parts
  • Modern equipment and professional-grade products
  • Clean, organized, well-maintained workspace
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
