Adecco is seeking a full-time experienced Automotive & Equipment Service Technician to support New Product Introduction (NPI) operations. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of light-duty fleet vehicles and field equipment in remote FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) environments. The ideal candidate values safety, works independently, and has strong accountability skills in fleet and equipment reliability. Location is Christina Lake, AB, with flights provided from Calgary and Edmonton. Enjoy 7 days on / 7 days off shifts, paid weekly, with medical and dental benefits once qualified, free training, and a streamlined onboarding process. Key responsibilities include equipment maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, planning, safety adherence, and collaboration with safety and fleet teams. Qualifications require a High School Diploma, minimum 5 years of journeyman experience, valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement, certifications like H2S Alive and Standard First Aid, and experience with Ford and Kubota equipment especially in oil & gas, mining, or remote industrial settings.
