CanadaOne Auto is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Operations Specialist to join our Head Office Finance Team. You'll support the VP of Finance and Insurance as well as the Sales Operations Team by ensuring data accuracy and enhancing process efficiency. You can be based at Scarborough Toyota, Ontario or Toyota Northwest Edmonton, Alberta. We're seeking a candidate who is analytical, organized, and self-driven to manage priorities, streamline workflows, and meet deadlines effectively. Key responsibilities include consolidating data, maintaining Power BI dashboards, and supporting leadership in documentation and deal tracking, among others. Qualifications include advanced Excel and Power BI skills, strong communication, and an understanding of automotive F&I operations.
