The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager plays a vital role in managing financial and insurance aspects of new and used vehicle sales including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to complete deals and guide customers through the finance process
- Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and OEM lenders
- Present and sell F&I products including warranties and protection plans
- Prepare contracts, loan agreements, and lease documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Build strong lender relationships to optimize deals
- Analyze customer needs to recommend financial products
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or in a similar financial role at a dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and finance products
- Familiarity with DMS, CRM, and lender portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
