This leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and shareholders, with responsibilities including job costing, budgeting, tax compliance, financial reporting, cashflow management, payroll and HR support, and mentoring. Ideal candidates have finance management experience, construction industry knowledge, and strong accounting skills with MYOB or Xero expertise.
