Join Fraser Ford-Oshawa as an Automotive Service Technician! Whether you're licensed or ready to obtain a 310S license, we welcome motivated team players. While Ford experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. Our Shop Foreman, boasting over 25 years of expertise, will provide you with the guidance needed to excel in our team. Enjoy steady, consistent work at our family-owned dealership. Benefits include: health benefits, productivity bonuses, employee purchase programs, and factory training. Responsibilities: adhere to Ford Repair Guidelines, perform assigned repairs, maintain a positive attitude, inspect and advise on vehicle services, communicate with the service team, road test vehicles, uphold warranty protocols, prioritize safety, and more. Bring your own tools and maintain a valid driver’s license. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with one Saturday a month.
