About the role

Your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.

Responsibilities
- Repair or replace vehicle windshields with skill and care using industry-leading tools
- Perform recalibrations of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera
- Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in installation of vehicle glass and other products
- Ensure compliance with company quality and other procedures
- Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement
- Proper tool maintenance
- Strict adherence to company Health and Safety procedures using safety equipment provided
- Work within company productivity targets
- Represent the interests of customers in internal procedures, including timely feedback and keeping customers informed
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and develop business opportunities
- Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and foster relationships with customers and team members
Requirements
- Eager and motivated to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs if needed
- Valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice or G2 not accepted)
- Able to drive company vehicle to client site independently when required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented team player with ability to multi-task
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for flexible schedule
- Willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near home when required
