About the role
ABC Supply Co. is the largest distributor of roofing and siding products across North America. With ABC’s expansion into Canada, we are looking for talented Inside Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will provide service to help customers purchase the products they need to complete roofing, building, and remodeling projects. If you are committed to providing world-class service, have a passion for sales, and want to be part of a winning team, this is inside sales counter work. You will be the first point of contact for in-person customers, phone sales, and direct calls within the company. The role also involves order data input and truck scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Knowledge of roofing sales is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
