Drive operational success as the Automotive Inspection Manager at Clutch's reconditioning facility. Lead and mentor a team to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards, overseeing efficient inspections to boost retail readiness. This role requires 5–7 years of automotive experience, including 3 years in leadership. Evening availability is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily vehicle inspection operations
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage inspectors, apprentices, and technicians
  • Monitor production timelines
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years automotive experience
  • 3 years leadership experience
  • Strong vehicle inspection knowledge
  • 310S License or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
