DriveNation Auto Group is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Internet Sales Representative. This is a full-time position based in Langley, British Columbia.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using our CRM system.
- Schedule showroom appointments and follow up with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
- Promote current inventory, special offers, and dealership promotions through digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
