Johnson Electric in Ancaster, ON is looking for a Launch Manager to lead new product launches from concept through production start-up. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met. You'll drive capital equipment deployment, machining and assembly improvements, and ensure compliance with APQP/PPAP/IATF 16949 standards, while managing costs, risks, and ramp-up milestones.
