About the role
Orlick Industries Ltd. — Hamilton, Ontario
Maintain production equipment for Honda’s largest supplier, Orlick Industries, using licensed millwright expertise and safe mechanical installation practices.
As an Industrial Millwright, you will support machinery producing aluminum automotive components for many vehicle varieties. The work includes installing, dismantling, moving, aligning, rebuilding, and testing mechanical equipment. You will also perform preventive and predictive maintenance while tracking work orders and PM reports.
Responsibilities
- Safely install machinery and supporting structures
- Dismantle equipment with appropriate hand tools
- Move machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
- Rebuild and test mechanical equipment for operations
- Track daily work orders and monthly PM reports
Requirements
- Red Seal 433A Millwright License
- Knowledge of machine setup and programming controls
- Familiarity with scaffold erection and simple rigging
- Safe, authorized use of equipment and materials
- Ability to communicate and work effectively
