About the role
Apply automotive manufacturing experience to continuous improvement projects at Infasco Nut, supporting plant operations, EHS, CTPAT, and maintenance initiatives. Travel for corporate events is required.
This supervisor works under the Operations Manager on projects assigned by senior operations leadership. The position engages hourly and salaried employees throughout a vertically integrated automotive fastener supplier. Responsibilities include developing operational KPIs and improving onboarding processes.
Use automotive manufacturing knowledge, project management, and technical problem-solving skills to support Infasco Nut’s operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned continuous improvement projects
- Advance automotive manufacturing through WCM principles
- Develop plant operations performance indicators
- Deliver EHS and CTPAT improvement projects
- Support plant maintenance and onboarding improvements
Requirements
- Preferred automotive manufacturing experience
- Two to five years in a related improvement environment
- Engineering degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Experience working in unionized manufacturing is an asset
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
