Multimatic Niche Vehicles North America (MNVNA) is looking for Paint Shop Assistants to join our exclusive production team for the Ford GTD Mustang. This role involves assisting with daily operations of our Automotive Paint Shop. We require candidates who are detailed-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all established safety and quality procedures
- Manage and maintain shop tools and spray facilities
- Coordinate production schedule to move parts efficiently through the paint process
- Perform precise masking and inspections ensuring the highest quality standards
- Support inventory management in a high-paced environment
- Perform booth maintenance and disposal tasks reliably
Qualifications
- Experience in auto body finishing is a plus
- Organizational skills and a strong team mindset
- Capability to manage physical tasks up to 50 lbs
