Use your expertise in automotive painting to train and mentor new technicians on the full cycle of paint processes—preparation, sanding, masking, graphics application, painting, and polishing on various surfaces including carbon fiber. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor trainee painters and prep technicians, providing hands-on training and guidance.
- Enhance paint process efficiency and quality through quality control and continuous improvement.

- Ensure flawless surface preparation and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
