About the role
Carleton Place Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry while contributing to the success of a growing dealership.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by ensuring the accurate identification, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale clients in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Process retail and wholesale parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute parts for service technicians in a timely manner.
- Receive, stock, and maintain inventory while ensuring accuracy and organization within the Parts Department.
- Deliver parts to customers and business partners as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Support various departmental functions as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Location: Carleton Place, ON
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Compensation: Base salary of $37,500–$58,400 annually, plus performance incentives and bonus opportunities
- Earning Potential: Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $14,400 annually, resulting in a potential total compensation of up to $58,400 per year.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
