We are looking for an Automotive Parts Coordinator at our North Vancouver (West 1st) location, offering a competitive annual salary between $45,000 and $55,000. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer service internally and externally
  • Manage parts using company systems accurately
  • Maintain organized parts areas and ensure timely returns
  • Support shop operations meeting health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate actively with the team during daily production meetings

Requirements

  • 1 year related experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • Post-secondary diploma in related field is a bonus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Interest in automotive industry and valid class 5 driver's license
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
