About the role
You will provide exceptional customer service, recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge, collaborate with staff at store, regional, and organizational levels to source and deliver solutions, continuously grow your automotive knowledge, and perform various tasks to support the team's success.
Requirements
- 0-2+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone
- Basic automotive knowledge considered an asset
- Strong-willed and ready to learn and advance automotive knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
