You will support technical sales through injection moulding expertise, commercial awareness, customer relationships, and design-for-manufacturing improvements. The work spans early vehicle development through new automotive program acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with OEM engineering and design teams
- Influence part design, materials, and specifications early
- Lead technical discussions, reviews, and feasibility assessments
- Recommend DFM, lightweighting, consolidation, and cost improvements
- Support quotations, proposals, and customer presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- At least 10 years in automotive industry roles
- In-depth plastic injection moulding knowledge
- Understanding of APQP, PPAP, GD&T, DFM, and DFMEA
- Valid passport and North American travel willingness
