Lead automotive metal stamping and assembly operations through production supervision, quality systems, and loss control. Help maintain safe, orderly, productive work areas.
The Narmco Group seeks an Area Manager responsible for supervised areas and their quality, production, and loss control goals. This position requires production supervision training or experience, organizational and communication skills, leadership ability, and technical skills. The Area Manager supports improved working conditions and a world class position through consistent execution and continuous improvement. The position is in Windsor, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Promote safe practices and Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance
- Communicate and execute quality goals through approved systems
- Plan schedules and control productivity and efficiency standards
- Monitor housekeeping practices through continual area audits
- Reduce scrap, rework, interruptions, waste, and supply costs
- Apply production supervision, quality management, and loss control skills across Narmco’s automotive stamping and assembly operations.
