We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Project Engineering Team. You will coordinate project schedules, track engineering tasks, and support vehicle program execution, working closely with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project and program schedules
- Monitor parts sourcing and status
- Create and manage project bulletins
- Facilitate meetings and program reviews
- Coordinate vehicle build and validation plans
- Collaborate with Brand, Plant, and Purchasing teams
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks
- Monitor ER&D spending and resource utilization
Required Skills:
- Experience in Project Coordination or PMO support
- Strong scheduling and planning abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably experienced in automotive product development
