About the role
Support automotive remarketing accounts at OPENLANE through accurate data entry, customer communication, and organized administrative coordination. Work across local operations.
As an Account Coordinator, you will help coordinate fleet and rental accounts in OPENLANE’s used vehicle marketplace. Responsibilities include managing vehicle information, transmitting customer data, preparing sales documentation, and generating inventory and sales reports. You will also support redemption requests and customer service needs.
Use accurate administration, technology, and customer communication to support OPENLANE account coordination and automotive remarketing services.
Responsibilities
- Enter vehicle information, registrations, and related documents
- Transmit data to customer computer systems accurately
- Select vehicles for internet features and determine lineups
- Generate inventory reports and sales summaries
- Process payments, transactions, reports, and electronic transfers
Requirements
- One to two years related experience or account coordination education
- Experience with customer service and general office administration
