Subaru of Brampton, part of Performance Auto Group, seeks an experienced Sales Administrator in Brampton, Ontario. Coordinate automotive sales administration using inventory preparation, invoicing, and dealership service experience. This full-time, permanent position supports vehicle sales operations and manages vehicle inventories, documentation, external work invoices, registrations, transportation, and wholesale billing. Success requires dealership experience, automotive service experience, communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Stock in, maintain, and prepare vehicle inventories
- Prepare key tags, stock cards, and unit folders
- Send service, cleanup, and recall work requests
- Input external work invoices for accounting submission
- Register vehicles and warranties, and bill wholesale sales
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three years related dealership experience or training
- One to two years automotive service industry experience
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
- Communication, time management, computer, and multitasking skills
