About the role
Build automotive sales relationships at Village Honda through persuasive communication, customer follow-up, and daily prospecting calls. This role is based within the dealership.
Reporting to Sales Managers, the Sales Business Development Coordinator identifies and secures new leads for the Sales department. You will maintain client relationships while handling inquiries and appointments through telephone, email, and text messages. The position also includes warranty claim administration.
The position is with Wood Automotive Group in Calgary, Alberta. Bring automotive sales knowledge, clear communication, and organized follow-up to Village Honda’s customer development team.
Responsibilities
- Discuss customer needs and direct customers within the dealership
- Make at least 25 prospecting calls daily
- Handle inquiries and appointments by telephone, email, and text
- Prepare, record, reconcile, and submit warranty claims
- Maintain customer relationships through sales follow-up
