About the role
Lead automotive sales strategy, CRM activity, and dealership performance as Dilawri’s General Sales Manager in Canada. Work hands-on across New and Used Sales Operations.
This leadership position directs the Sales Department while supporting the dealership’s overall direction. You will coach managers, develop sales staff, and drive consistent execution from lead to delivery. The role reports to the General Manager and includes commission-based compensation.
Bring automotive leadership, CRM expertise, and performance discipline to Dilawri’s New and Used Sales Departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales volume, gross, and disciplined inventory management
- Coach managers and hold sales staff accountable
- Drive appointments, prospecting, and consistent CRM usage
- Desk deals and support closing daily transactions
- Monitor New and Used Sales performance targets
Requirements
- Automotive sales leadership experience at Sales Manager level or higher
- Strong understanding of dealership Variable Operations
- Experience coaching managers and sales teams
- Proficiency with CDK, 180, or similar CRM tools
- Valid VSA License or ability to obtain
