Use automotive sales management experience to lead Retail Development Managers and key accounts from Edmonton in a hybrid, full-time position. The role emphasizes coaching and regional execution.
Under the Alliance Director of Sales, this Regional Sales Manager develops independent-sector strategies throughout the Prairies. You will coach a dispersed sales team, maintain market presence, build dealer relationships, and address customer or team situations. The position requires strong business sense, collaborative leadership, and the ability to turn regional priorities into consistent action.

Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Retail Development Managers across the region
- Conduct weekly touchpoints covering goals and action plans
- Complete regular field days one to two days weekly
- Build relationships with OEM dealer-facing representatives
- Resolve operational barriers with Operations partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or administration
- Five to ten years in automotive industry sales management
