Lead new and used vehicle sales operations at Dilawri, using CRM discipline and coaching to support performance targets. This commission-based position requires automotive sales management experience.
About the role
The Sales Manager supports the General Manager across New and Used Sales Departments. You will plan sales operations, manage inventory recommendations, monitor performance, and maintain dealership standards. The role also develops sales employees through training, coaching, and individualized improvement plans.
Responsibilities
- Establish sales goals and guide individual objectives
- Monitor weekly performance, gross profit, and sales objectives
- Manage new and used vehicle sales employees
- Conduct sales, manufacturer, and one-on-one training
- Coordinate operations with Service, Parts, and Business Office
Requirements
