About the role
Support automotive sales operations at SHW AG in Brampton, Ontario, using SAP, Microsoft 365, and structured customer administration. This on-site role permits weekly home working.
The Sales Assistant supports the Key Account Manager across commercial and administrative activities. Responsibilities include RFQs, quotations, customer communication, presentations, portals, project orders, invoicing, and sales documentation. The position also coordinates SAP processes with Logistics and Quality while tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
Bring customer coordination, order management, SAP support, and accurate reporting to SHW AG’s automotive sales team.
Responsibilities
- Support RFQs, quotations, presentations, and customer communications
- Maintain account information, contact lists, and sales documentation
- Track requests, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Manage project orders, purchase orders, and related invoicing
- Administer customer portals and support SAP data maintenance
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, organization, and communication skills
- SAP or ERP experience and automotive exposure are assets
