Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers both in-person and online.
- Coordinate test drives and vehicle presentations.
- Follow up on leads from various channels.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including financial discussions.
- Document sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
- VSA Sales License required.
- Proven automotive or retail sales success.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven self-starter with a positive outlook.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
- CRM and digital tools proficiency is a plus.
