Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey while delivering the premium experience they expect from Audi.
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and dealership lot.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Understand customer needs and help identify the right vehicle for their lifestyle and preferences.
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, highlighting Audi features, technology, and benefits.
- Guide customers confidently through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Present financing, warranty, protection, and dealership offerings professionally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, and follow-up.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure a seamless, premium handover experience.
- Review vehicle features, warranty information, and documentation during delivery.
- Support dealership sales initiatives and contribute to overall team success.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of customer-facing sales experience.
- Automotive sales experience is preferred, particularly within a luxury environment.
- Valid OMVIC Licence.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to confidently work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in automotive products, technology, and the luxury customer experience.
