Position Overview
As a Senior Automotive Technician, you will leverage your expertise in drivability and electrical systems diagnostics, mentor team members, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction. Earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus with current State Inspection certification and benefit from a performance-based flat-rate pay system rewarding your skills and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date automotive technology skills through continuous paid training.
- Mentor and train fellow technicians.
- Obtain ASE certifications and potentially state inspection licenses with company support.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles.
- Skilled in brakes, suspension, and general automotive maintenance.
- Federal, state, local certification/license as required.
- Strong communication, reading, writing, and math skills.
- Preferred: 3 years experience or vocational training and ASE certification.
