Position Summary
As a Senior Technician, use your expertise to diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems while leading and mentoring your team to boost customer satisfaction. Enjoy a performance-based flat-rate pay system rewarding your skills and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, AC, and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses clearly to customers.
- Keep up with automotive technology via paid training.
- Mentor other technicians and assist with ASE certifications.
Qualifications
Must have valid driver’s license, skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and general auto maintenance, plus good communication skills. Preferred: 3 years automotive repair experience and ASE certifications.
