About the role
Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service. They are responsible for advising customers on the services necessary for their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.
The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.
The Service Advisor role is a great opportunity to improve and perfect your customer service skills while developing strong product knowledge and sales techniques.

CarPro Auto Service is now a NAPA AutoPro located in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia, a division of Zacks Auto Sales and Financing.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Schedule appointments.
- Deal with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Previous Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.
