Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will manage an assigned vehicle service queue, overseeing vehicle progress from intake to delivery. Your role includes authorizing repairs, coordinating teams, and maintaining quality and efficiency under fast-paced conditions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize vehicle service queues
- Approve repairs and maintain quality standards
- Serve as liaison among Production, Customer Experience, and Delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
