Main responsibilities:
- Assign repair and maintenance tasks to technicians efficiently, taking into account each person's skills and availability.
- Establish and maintain smooth communication with customers, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure optimal follow-up of the work.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Manage service appointment scheduling based on priorities and workload.
- Provide support to customers, advise on necessary services, and address their concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications required:
- At least one year of experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating good teamwork.
- Strong organizational sense and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of shop management systems and relevant software is an asset.
