Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards.
- Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
- Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support the team through collaboration and mentorship.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environment.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
